He wears a black tank top and blue jeans that are being held up with an orange sash. His hair is messy, overall his entire vibe is messy and unkempt. He is a loud mouthed, vulgar, rude boy that skips school frequently as he believes education will not help his dream of becoming a pirate under Doflamingo's rule.

Bellamy is calm and collected, he used to be arrogant and cocky so he still has the habit of being a bit rude, not too much tho. He seems to be traumatised by some past mistakes but 10 years ever since retiring piracy has helped him a lot.
