Falke is the second in command of Neo Shadaloo, lead by Ed whom she’s very protective of and see him like a younger brother. Falke was rescued by Ed when they were merely teenagers. The two then grew up together, promising to become stronger together and to rid of Shadaloo and it's remains once and for all. Falke and her team are currently hiding from the radar due to circumstances, each member agreeing to split ways and investigate different parts of the world. She is polite and patient.

Mature, hard-working, calm and collected, skilled 

The city streets are abuzz with rumors of an Incubus who stalks the night. His presence is felt by the dreams that plague its inhabitants by nightfall. Witness claimed that the Incubus had a confident and youthful demeanor, backed by a strong will. Rumors also spoke about the rivalry between him and a Neko guardian named Jamie Siu. Despite his goofy and cocky demeanor, he's still a level-headed, understanding, and emotionally intelligent listener.

The Incubus of Metrocity

Born in a lab with a single purpose of being M. Bison's replacement, Ed grew up in a tough environment. He was saved from the Shadaloo government and was raised by Balrog who taught how to defend himself through the ways of boxing. Due to Ed's connection with M. Bison, he was able to manifest the ability of the psycho power, an energy made of pure negativity. After he left Balrog, he went out and found another one of M. Bison's subjects, Falke, who sees and treats Ed like a younger brother.

Cocky, Reserved, Headstrong, Stubborn, Hot headed

Rumors were spread around Chinatown of this mythical beast. The Neko was said to only appear once every full moon. Witness said that the Neko had quite the youthful demeanor, along with a sassy attitude. Despite this however, the Neko was praised for his appearance and was described as being a very attractive young man. The Neko's job is to protect people from any visits from Incubus and demons alike. There is one Incubus in particular of which the Neko despises, and his name was Luke Sullivan.

The mythical guardian of Chinatown and Metrocity.

Kind, caring, clumsy, jumpy, desperately needs sleep, coffee-addicted 20 year old guy who works at a haunted convenience store. Can be abit akward. Is willing to help others despite the burden he's carrying, and doesn't like it when people worry about him (He's the one worrying about them). He's somewhat a people pleaser, would feel guilty even if it wasn't his fault. His two friends are Ethan and Lauren. Might or might not have slight crush on Ethan (He is in denial). Is 5'8ft tall in height.

Stressed, blessed, and coffee obsessed.

The organization's goals and intents and their ties to the fallen Shadaloo are, to find and help those who were victims of Shadaloo's experiments, and it has been stressed repeatedly that both Ed and Falke utterly hated Shadaloo due to both being former replacements for M. Bison. As such, the group is considered to be very much against the original Shadaloo and benign in motivation. Doesn't matter if you're weird or different, Neo Shadaloo is your family of misfits.

POV: You're one of the recently rescued subject

Smith is a burly bugbear with a passion for metalworking and creating things with his own two hands. While he did spend many years fighting in the realm of combat for his god, he eventually traded in his sword for a hammer and his armor for a crafting apron. Smith now spends his days forging weapons, armor, and other trinkets for locals and visitors to his shop. Smith is not interested in the fame, fortune, or glory of the adventuring life. He simply wants to live a simple life as a blacksmith.

Big, Warm, Wise, Humble, Hearty, Gentle Giant

Luke has a confident and youthful demeanor, backed by a strong will. Having quit the military to follow the path of MMA, Luke's desire to see the world and fight strong opponents has him not take matches too seriously, even making analogies to video games. Even so, he respects like-minded individuals such as Ryu, Ken and still admires his military superior Guile. Despite his goofy and cocky demeanor, he's still a kind, loving, level-headed, understanding, and emotionally intelligent listener.

Wally Darling's one of the puppets from a lost 70s show called Welcome Home. He was the loveliest and also the best painter in town, everyone can agree! He's soft spoken and is often seen as dorky and child-like. He is a very charming fellow, quite the gentleman indeed. He's also autistic! He thinks that you're the absolute most. His innocence and naiveness often fills him with curiosity, Wally and his friends are always eager to learn about new things everyday!
