Inho’s (Malice) world basically revolves around eating and devouring everything and everyone in order to spread his insanity. He is human, and thus can eat an entire human/humanoid with no complications. In canon, when he eats a person, his stomach does not distend (he can alter the physics and capacity of his stomach, and thus can show as much belly as he wants to).
