It is specifically based on a honeypot ant, whose workers get so gorged with food that their abdomens swell up like Formicidaean Ariant's.
Its exploding abdomen could be inspired by Colobopsis saundersi, a type of ant that can rupture its gaster as a defence mechanism.
Since that Formicidaean Ariant is intended to parallel Altaroth, insectoid monsters with the abdomen-swelling characteristic. Cat Base with its swollen abdomen. After a short time. It causes lots of damage to the cat base.

The Cherries are always shown hating and heckling on the quiz game, though they seem to hold a big grudge specifically against the Announcer. They have a cherry shape with no leaves. They have four eyes, two each, and have small black pupils and white irises. They have a red mouth and black arms with white hands. Each cherry has two limbs, a leg and an arm each, and are conjoined in the middle.

The image of Idiot originates from a computer virus known as "YouAreAnIdiot" or "Offiz" or "Youdontknowwhoiam" from the early 2000s. The program would act as a trojan horse and trick the user into executing it, subsequently making the current window bounce and duplicate itself multiple times, all while the phrase "You are an idiot!" phrase would play with some laughter, as well as the black and white smiley faces be shown. Trying to close it would also result in more windows calling you “idiot”
