Appearance

Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white half-turtleneck with green and purple polkadots.
 
Personality

Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side to himself. Overall, he’s usually a kind and energetic toon.

Looey is an overall kind and energetic toon.

Doey is a plump dough creature, made up of a multi-colored clay-like substance. His head and most of his torso are light blue, with a simple face on a relatively thin neck, and he wears a blue bowler hat. His arms are long and increase in thickness down to his forearms, with his left being orange and his right being yellow. Meanwhile, his legs are stubby, red nubs. He lacks facial features besides a line for a mouth and holes in his head representing eyes.

Doey’s a light blue toy made of dough.

Icky's an anthropomorphic poison dart frog.

Blot is part of a three toon Circus act! (Him, a mime, Yatta, an acrobat, and Looey, leader/clown!) They’re shy and anxious, similar to Boxten. Like Flutter, he doesn’t really speak much. And when he does, it’s usually in French. They can speak a bit of English though!

He’s French, has a black beret with a quill, has an inkwell as a head, has black stripes on his eyes, wears a white ribbon around his neck and has a black and white striped shirt with black pants. He has hair under his beret.

Icky is an anthropomorphic poison dart frog.

Mugman is very similar in overall appearance to his older twin brother Cuphead, with his head reminiscing a mug and his body being almost identical to his sibling: wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt, a pair of shorts and brown shoes, and white gloves.

What's different about Mugman's appearance compared to his brother is having a blue color scheme to replace Cuphead's red, a shorter straw and a big blue nose. He can shoot blue bullets out his fingertips like his brother.

Smart, cautious, brotherly.

As his name suggests, Cuphead's head is a wide cup with his soul inside, topped with a red and white striped straw. His face consists of eyes that are very close together with black pie-cut pupils, and a small red nose. He always has a determined expression in the face of danger.

He is mostly seen wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt, white gloves, red shorts and brown shoes. He can shoot blue bullets out of his fingertips. He also has a brother called Mugman.
