Dawn Lerner is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. She is the leader of Grady Memorial Hospital. Dawn is first introduced when Beth Greene wakes up in Grady Memorial Hospital. Dawn tells her that Beth owes her officers for saving her. She is later seen whisking a patient  who fell from a second floor window. 
Dr. Steven Edwards When the doctors try to explain to Dawn that the man can't be saved, Dawn slaps Beth to motivate him, re-opening her sutured cheek.

Gracie is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. She is the adopted daughter of Aaron after her dad who was a saviour died when she was a baby. She now lives in Alexandria with her dad Aaron and her best friend Judith.

Noah is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. Noah is shown to be a caring, helpful, and courteous young man. At the hospital. Upon meeting Beth Greene for the first time, Noah told her that Dawn helped him, but left his father to die because his father would have been more trouble. Noah is one of only a couple of people at the hospital who are friendly to Beth, he hides lollypops under her pillow and gives her clean clothes.

Gorman is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a police officer at Grady Memorial Hospital. When he first meets Beth Greene, he tells her that he was the one to save her and bring her to the hospital, and that the walker that he saved her from was “eyeing her thighs.” At one point, he finds Beth's lollipop which he puts in his mouth, only for him to force it into Beth's which he is shown to take twisted joy out of.
