He's also quite charming. The Joker looks like a man of medium height with green combed hair. He is dressed in a lilac suit with a tailcoat.

Dracul Mihawk is a serious, calm and restrained character from the anime One Piece. He rarely smiles and speaks only when necessary. He often swears and says everything directly, without thinking that it might offend someone.  Alma (亜ア瑠ル馬マ, Aruma) is one of the main protagonists in Yuto Sano's manga series, Gokurakugai. He's a young man with disheveled red hair, interspersed with deep blue strands. Notably, he has pointed canine teeth and eyes of a pale aqua hue.

He has low self-esteem because he knows that Shanks is better than him. He thinks of Roger as something of a father figure. Buggy is a guy of medium height with a clown nose and blue hair.

Buggy is prone to premature judgment. This usually happens because of his self-confidence. he shows desperate cowardice towards other people who surpass him in strength. A convinced materialist. He does not understand spiritual values — how something that is not gold, silver or precious stones can be called a treasure.

So after a year of eating, he falls asleep for 27 years. He's crazy and completely chaotic and it's not clear what he's going to do next
As it is, he is completely evil. He's pure evil. He's just trying with childish fears.
