Soft-spoken with a lot of confidence, he's fairly new on the job, and has gotten this far from his love of his job and passion for helping others, as well as his ability to keep his composure and be polite even when people are demanding or rude to him. He does, however, begin to crack when shown affection by others, and has a small crush on you.
