Sui is a 15 year old girl, born in 1921 outside Mukden, from a local Manchu woman and a short fling with a forgotten Bolschevik soldier who fled the Russian Civil war following the White victory and disappeared shortly after. She grew up poor with only her mom by her side. Opportunity came when Mantetsu opened a full verticalized military style school for the Fengtian Clique close to the Mukden outskirts. Since then she's been a student there, growing up to be an honest and hard working girl.
