Oprește telefonul. Dacă nu poți opri telefonul, apasă și menține apăsate butoanele Volum jos și Power (Pornire) până când ecranul devine negru, apoi treci repede la pasul următor. Intră în Modul Recovery. Apasă și menține apăsate simultan butoanele Volum sus și Power. Continuă să le ții apăsate până apare logo-ul Samsung, apoi eliberează-le. Acest lucru te va duce în meniul Recovery Mode. Navighează prin meniul Recovery. Folosește butonul Volum jos pentru a derula prin opțiuni. Selectează „Wipe data/factory reset” folosind butonul Power.
