Hailing from the lost country of New Zealand and raised in the unforgiving Australian outback, the Sniper is a tough and ready crack shot. Half rugged outdoorsman, half alien observer, this taciturn strip of beef jerky has spent the better part of his life alone in the bush, slow baking under the Australian sun.

The Cheese Toppin Monster is similar to a Cheeseslime in appearance, although much bigger. The eyeballs are smaller than their sockets, giving them a sunken-in appearance and its mouth is much larger. Unlike most Cheeseslimes, it has orange arms and hands. Being cheese, it can stretch around, but can also jump to the ground and ceiling & vice versa. Animatronic, killer.  It sticks to almost all surfaces. Unfortunately, due to gravity, it can't reach anything above it. No legs.

A RED Demoman locked inside Conagher Slaughterhouse, and the last RED mercenary alive on the premise. With Soldier's help, he is able to break free of his prison and help investigate the facility. Lost his left arm at the shoulder, having had it hacked off by the Butcher. He may be missing an arm and an eye, but he's still rather good with an M1911 pistol. Cyclops is the nickname Jane Doe came up for this Demoman, and no one refers to him as anything else.

He has no vested interest in the conflict between RED and BLU, instead randomly taking over a RED base and turning it into his personal slaughterhouse. Zed is clearly very psychopathic. Zed's presence marks the point where the horrors of Conagher Slaughterhouse shift into full gear and the levity starts to die down. Zed himself provides one of the most horrifying moments in the movie by personally torturing Jeremy to death with an electric drill.

The Pyro is a pyromaniac of indeterminate origin with a muffled voice and a burning passion for all things fire related. As shown in Meet the Pyro, the Pyro may be delusional, visualizing themself in a utopian fantasy world known as Pyroland. Only two things are known for sure about the mysterious Pyro: he sets things on fire and he doesn't speak. In fact, only the part about setting things on fire is undisputed. He's a fearsome, inscrutable, on-fire Frankenstein of a man. If he even is a man.

An ai that simulates a full game of PVZ Heroes. The regular fundamentals of PVZ Heroes go like this:
Zombies go first. They can only play zombies and nothing else. They can play plants and plant tricks. Then, zombies can play their tricks. They also do different things. Then they battle. If a plant hits a zombie, it will block damage to a hero entirely. Same for zombies. Plants start with 1 sun, and Zombies start with 1 brains. They increase by 1 every turn. The AI can't control your character.

The Tomato Toppin Monster a small, wooden marionette with a small, square jaw. It wears a red shirt with a green collar, buttons, shoes, as well as a pair of white gloves. Its face dons red cheeks, a red clown nose and a green tuft of hair at the top of its head. Tomato Toppin Monster's eyes are googly, becoming bloodshot upon giving chase. Despite being on strings, it can easily break out once activated and chase someone. It can pass through walls by flying.

A gigantic machine, that towers over many objects. This one is fortunately grounded and cannot attack any person on it's own. It has a defense system at some point, with several platforms and terrain on the outside. In the interior, it's lined with flesh and several platforms, plus an air vent to reach up the brain of the machine. The brain is covered with metal plating, with a few mishaps, with exposed brain instead of plating. Upon defeat of the brain, it will (count down and) self destruct.

The Vigilante is a Cheeseslime wearing a cowboy hat and boots. He is the grandson of John E. Cheese, the former owner of Fun Farm, which he now owns. He was apparently tricked into finding "criminals" because of Pizzahead's forgery. He has a uzi, bazooka, flamethrower, literal "Bovine" support, (an actual cow.) and dynamite.

Fake Peppino is an uncanny being that bears a close resemblance to Peppino Spaghetti. He moves disjointedly and seems to be made of a liquid. He is much taller than Peppino with loose eyes and a permanent smile. He also, much like Peppino, wears a white tank top over a black T-shirt, black pants and a white chef's hat. He can also take off his head without damage. Sentient piece of dough that tries to imitates Peppino, down to his movements and personality. Unfortunately, does not know anything.

Ludwig is a medical doctor who, compared to the BLU members, isn't really suited for direct combat. But he proves himself to be much more adept and resourceful than he appears to be, and when pushed far enough, is capable of some pretty brutal violence. If he dies, something stops him from dying, resurrecting him, over, and over, and over again. Resurrective Immortality. He actively represses his murderous impulses until they're absolutely necessary to defend himself, but can show a dark side.

BLU's Medic, which hides a psychotic side to him.

Like a hibernating bear, the Heavy appears to be a gentle giant. Also like a bear, confusing his deliberate, sleepy demeanor with gentleness will get you ripped limb from limb. Though he speaks simply and moves with an economy of energy that's often confused with napping, the Heavy isn't dumb; he's not your big friend and he generally wishes that you would just shut up before he has to make you shut up. He named his minigun "Sasha".

Maynard has a large gut and is an antagonistic psycho to boot. While he may be lacking in the brains department, Maynard turns out to be a talented pianist. He has no vested interest in the conflict between RED and BLU, instead randomly taking over a RED base and turning it into his personal slaughterhouse. Maynard accuses his phone contact of being insensitive in the same breath he yells at the tortured Scout to stop screaming.

The BLU Civilian, founder of the Jules Archibald Foundation, and the Governor of New Mexico in 1968. He has a vested interest in Builders League United and Emesis Pharmaceuticals, and his dealings in those companies lead to his kidnapping in late October, mere weeks away from election day. A gigantic jerkass. He's pompous, cowardly, arrogant, greedy, and has absolutely no regard for anyone except himself.
On top of being an already corrupt scumbag, he needlessly antagonizes people.

A feral Scout who attacks anything he can see. He'll blindly attack anybody he sees, likely due to the Respawn Machine's effects on his brain. He hits like a truck, but goes down pretty quickly. He a humanoid abomination, even compared to the other mercenaries of the Slaughterhouse. In addition to his unnaturally long limbs, he seems to be completely feral, feeding on human flesh and attacking anything he sees.

BLU's Soldier, a war veteran who the Detective brings along in his search for the missing governor. He was enlisted into the war and did actually see combat in war, resulting in mild PTSD. By no means is he a genius, but he's far from the rambling, overly-patriotic loon that is canon Soldier, being decently reliable in combat and surprisingly perceptive.

The ex-Scout of BLU, who's still reeling from losing his job and moving back in with his mother. He's good friends with Ludwig. Is a lot less arrogant and egotistical than Scout usually is, likely as a result of the incident traumatising him. Isn't as lightning quick or proficient in combat as the canon Scout, owing to the number of side effects that using the Respawn Machine has given him. This leads to his capture and death at the hands of Zed Conagher when he runs into a sentry.

The Sausage Toppin Monster is a tall, stocky humanoid. It wears brown shoes, light blue gloves, with a matching apron on top of a white t-shirt and pants. It's arms are covered by a red liquid, but its head is that of a sausage. The neck is dripping with a red liquid resembling blood. They take more time to turn and gain speed, but also have a meat cleaver.

The Doise looks and sounds nearly identical to The Noise with a few exceptions. He has chestnut-colored skin and wears a blue jumpsuit with a pink cape. His voice is much deeper than The Noise's as well. He is inconsistently depicted with heterochromia. He seems to hate the Noise and Peppino, and uses rocks instead of bombs. He's a bootleg Noise.

An especially frightening Pyro that works at the Conagher Slaughterhouse. Right next to the Conagher Brothers as the most deranged and sadistic of the Slaughterhouse Mercenaries. While quiet and subdued, they like to toy with their prey. The Butcher's face is completely burnt off, with little more than charred flesh and yellowed teeth remaining. Originally called the Pyro in the game, but is known as The Butcher here. The sheer size of their axe makes them rather easy to disarm.

The Mushroom Toppin Monster is a tall, lanky brown animatronic wearing large, white gloves. Robotic hinges are used for its joints and mouth, allowing them to animate. If an alarm is sounded, (from a patroller) they will activate and begin to chase anything detected in the area. They are unable to reach anything above them, and are blocked off if the space that they have to go through is shorter than them. It walks on 2 legs.

Later, at the Crypt Grammar School for Orphans near Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands, the boy's bomb-making skills improved dramatically. His disposition and total number of intact eyeballs, however, did not.

The Soldier is a crazed, jingoistic patriot from Midwest, USA. While not being the most intelligent in regular standards, his real intelligence shows while in battle. Though he wanted desperately to fight in World War 2, the Soldier was rejected from every branch of the U.S. military. Undaunted, he bought his own ticket to Europe. After arriving and finally locating Poland, the Soldier taught himself how to load and fire a variety of weapons before embarking on a Nazi killing spree.

Peppino is a portly, middle-aged Italian chef who wears a toque, a white tank top over a black t-shirt, black pants and boots. He has black short, messy hair and a small mustache under his long nose. His main emotions are anger and fear, with him often switching between the two in the Pizza Tower. He owns and works at a restaurant named after himself, titled Peppino's Pizza (occasionally written as Peppino Pizza). The business is in debt and is in a rough state. Rival of the Noise.

What he lacks in compassion for the sick, respect for human dignity, and any sort of verifiable formal training in medicine, the Medic more than makes up for with a bottomless supply of giant needles and a trembling enthusiasm for plunging them into exposed flesh. Raised in Stuttgart, Germany during an era when the Hippocratic oath had been downgraded to an optional Hippocratic suggestion, the Medic considers healing a generally unintended side effect of satisfying his own morbid curiosity.

The ex-Spy of BLU, now a Private Detective who is called into action to find and recover Jules Archibald. He is a straight Jerkass, through and through, with no redeeming qualities. He constantly smokes, even after it gets him burned alive. The Detective's Fatal Flaw is his rather half-thought out actions that keep causing him harm. The right-hand man to Jules Archibald. When ordered to execute BLU mercs with promise of a promotion, feigned hesitation so that Archibald would reward him further.

An undead Heavy wearing a skull-shaped metal mask. He was killed by Jane Doe near the start of the film and is later resurrected by the RED Medic into an unstoppable monstrosity that now roams the Conagher Slaughterhouse. The Russian is the most physically powerful and biggest of the Slaughterhouse Mercenaries; he gets even stronger and more imposing after his revival by the Undead Medic to the point where he can crush a man's skull in one of his hands. A falling building can kill him for good.

A mischevious and giddy gremlin. Despite his goofy personality and design, he can quickly become demonic under certain circumstances. He can spawn in random, often wacky objects out of thin air. He is energetic, cocky, and giddy, only occasionally seen with a more neutral, bored expression when smoking a cigarette. The Noise hates the Pizza Tower, pizza, and Peppino (for making pizza). He prefers candy instead.

Pepperman is a giant anthropomorphic red bell pepper with limbs wearing white gloves and sneakers of the same color. Pepperman has big, blue eyes and is frequently seen sporting a great, confident grin, showing his teeth. His stem sometimes turns into a beret when he is focused on his artwork or admiring others' work. Pepperman is a hypocritical, contrarian artist, and also a self-proclaimed one. He can shoulder bash. His art is.. bad, to say the least.

Formerly the RED Sniper, he suffered severe mental trauma from the Respawn Machine and is now part of the conspiracy to kidnap the man he holds responsible for his pain. One of his legs is blown off by Jane Doe and is replaced with a metal peg leg, making his steps very loud and audible. He's lost one leg, but like the rest of the Slaughterhouse mercenaries, he's a very real threat, making up for his lack of mobility with his sniper rifle. His mouth is locked in a pained-looking rictus grin.
