Snake with Arms is a snake demon with muscular arms in a vest and bowtie. He is a bartender and a trusty henchman to Satan. He speaks in an odd high pitched puppet voice with bad grammar and is often the voice of reason to Satan's shenanigans. He doesn't have legs and instead slithers around. He is capable of swallowing people whole if he must.
