Inchara was fan nicknamed by Japanese fans due the fact Shuichi shows his personality in audition video is very Out-Of-Character and found it very funny that our protagonist is actually an otaku. At the same time, many fans found this very wrong in so many levels. Thankfully Kodaka gave a huge hint from his Twitter.
According to Kodaka, he said players have to find out the contradiction in prologue chapter after they were finished the game. In prologue chapter, Former Shuichi weren’t crazy.

Goob is a kind and sociable Toon. He is energetic and rather innocent, as shown in his interaction with Rodger which shows that he doesn't intend strategy when he hugs others, but believes others just needed a hug. He is also easily excited.

Pebble is a small rock-dog Toon with a fractured texture with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a dark gray while his four legs are a lighter shade of gray. Kohane has light brown eyes and sandy blonde hair. Prior to joining Vivid BAD SQUAD, she had waist-length hair worn in two low twin-tails and wore round glasses. After becoming a member of the group, she cut her hair to be shoulder-length and now wears her hair in twin-tails up behind the ears. She also wears contact lenses instead of her glasses. Her voice is light and sweet.

Teagan is a kind Toon who likes to invite the other Toons to her tea gatherings. She knows how to make the teas suitable for the other Toons and has memorized their favorite kinds of tea, which is said in their Introduction Card and proven by their interactions. She is also calm and composed. They also seem to like to keep etiquette, based on her Interaction with Pebble and her Interaction with Rodger where they say they make sure no Ichor gets on her boa.

Despite her cute appearance, Maki is described as a hostile misanthrope of few words. She is very aware that she comes across as unfriendly and prefers to be alone. In general, she dislikes people and thus she is not very cooperative and can be stubborn. She talks very little, so when she does, she states things clearly and she appears to be very confident about her arguments. She is cynical and negative with a sharp tongue and sometimes talks in a cold sarcastic manner.

Astro is a quiet Toon who seems to only willingly socialize with ones he is closer or more comfortable with. He enjoys peace and quiet, and seems to at least mildly dislike anything interfering with those two things. Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, though he can come off as standoffish at times. A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, the floor based off of him, and his interactions with other Toons.

On the outside, Glisten appears to be prideful and egotistical, and appears to admire himself more than anything. He also appears to want attention from others. However, Glisten has an insecure side he tries to hide, as implied in many of his interactions. Some of his interactions with Tisha, Toodles, and Rodger shows that he gets defensive when his more insecure side is shown. He also tries to keep his cover of being "perfect", as shown in one of his written notes in his room. He overworks.

Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike towards Dandy in some of her dialogues. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others 

🎤📺 Vee | DANDYS WORLD

On the surface, Dandy seems to be a diplomatic and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets.

Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the ichor operation.

However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons

At first glance, Mod 18 is a quirky, upfront individual with high self-confidence. He is very upbeat with a tendency to say bold things that may make others uncomfortable. He is also very volatile, and is prone to bouts of rage when things don't go his way. However, when happy he can be ridiculously sweet and positive.

Underneath all of this, Mod 18 is a very twisted individual, being a serial killer with an unknown number of victims. When angry at others, he is prone to killing them on a whim.

Brightney is a smart and helpful Toon. Like her Active Ability suggests, she is skilled at solving problems, as well as helping Toons out. However, it's likely that she may be overworked at times.

Brightney seems to show her overworked side when she says, "There's always something on my mind Boxten!", and "Always have to be three steps ahead of those Twisteds!" which, when paired with the note in her Roleplay Room with a to-do list, suggests a deeper side of being overworked.

Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well being of the other Toons, especially her brother Goob. She is sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha. She also may act somewhat immature in some situations, such as in her interactions with Pebble and one with Shrimpo. Overall, she is mature for the most part and cares about her brother Goob, making sure she is there for him.

Flutter is a mute Toon, as it is shown that she cannot speak other than in '..." or "..!" This doesn't mean she can't make noise however as shown in Shrimpo's interaction with her when he says "I HATE HOW YOU'RE SO LOUD!" Though this could be an overreaction on Shrimpo's part. Also, a lot of Toons seem to understand her as in their interactions they react accordingly to the other dialogue Flutter has said. Despite this, she is kind and a good friend towards the other Toons.

Toodles is an energetic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn’t like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark, as shown in her interaction with Brightney and with one of her dialogues when descending to the next floor. She shows her fear more in her interaction with Shrimpo, where she says she finds elevators scary. She also can be quite curious, and wants to help and doesn’t like when Rodger doesn’t allow her to help him in his cases.

🍪Cosmo is a helpful, yet somewhat cautious Toon. He shows his hesitation and anxiety through his dialogue finishing a Machine or going down to lower Floors. He is a kind Toon who encourages the other Toons. He may be a bit clueless on some jokes and somewhat gullible to teasing. 

🍓Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about or mentions Cosmo in many of his Interactions.

Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning, and dislikes anything that’s messy and/or disorganized. She is obsessed with keeping everything clean and organized. She also cares about how clean anything is, possibly perfectly clean, just like what she says in her interaction with Boxten: "Shining, sparkling, so clean you'll need a wet floor sign!" She cleans so much, possibly to the point of overworking herself, and this is implied in her interaction with Astro and with Razzle & Dazzle.

Rodger is a rather smart Toon that rather thinks logically. He often likes to ask the Toons questions about them. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it like in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but uncovering truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I could ask you after this!" Still, he tries to look after the safety and well being of the other Toons.

📼🔍 Rodger the Magnifying Glass ︴DANDYS WORLD

Her show outfit consists of a poofy round dress with tied bright ribbons of many sizes along the bottom edge. She wears a similar tied ribbon in her hair, down the front of the outfit, and on her shoes. Her arms have puffy little detached sleeves that look like designful drops of candy, a white opera glove on her left arm and a bracelet on her right wrist. Emu is a short girl with big sparkly pink eyes and pink hair cut into a short, messy bob. Her voice is bright and positive.

Shuichi appears to have quite a serious and polite personality. He often has negative remarks, frequently blushes and suffers from a cold sweat. With his unsure demeanor, he has a tendency to assume that other people can do things better than him, and he comes across as quite unreliable at first glance. Among the sixteen students, he is a boy who stands out for his submissiveness but also for his level-headedness.

As an experienced gambler, Celestia appears collected, cold, and cunning by nature. She possesses the ability to manipulate others to do her bidding and can lie with a perfectly straight face, this is shown when she is able to manipulate Hifumi to make her royal milk tea and further be her accomplice during Chapter 3. She is shown to be fairly intelligent, referencing several aspects of game theory such as Prisoner's Dilemma or Zero-Sum Game, and her manipulative and coercion skills are shown in

She also seems to be shocked when Astro or Vee talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the Mains

Clown Nose is a considerate and compassionate person who is happy to offer support in times of need. His solutions to problems tend to involve clown antics, as he believes playfulness and lightheartedness to be important. Gigi is a chill, laid back Toon, who is also chaotic and likes teasing some of the Toons. She is likely a hoarder and is disorganized, based on her interactions with Tisha and Vee. She also doesn't like to keep promises, like she said to Vee. She is overall friendly, likes having conversations, and is good friends with Poppy and Flutter, and likes to do activities with them.

Mod 33 is a sweet individual who doesn't like conflict. He is easily emotionally overwhelmed and often cries. While very sick, he remained optimistic in his ability to be cured. By his best friend, he is described as "sterile and unoffending". He likes watching flowers wilt.[1]

Mod 33 has expressed self loathing and appears to view himself as a burden. He doesn't want others to waste their time on him and frequently expects people to leave him. The other mods are often quite cruel to him

Shrimpo is a rather static, flat character, showing a lack of depth as well as no change throughout his personality similar to a lot of stereotypical "bully" characters in a lot of kid's shows.

Shrimpo is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is constantly angry. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anything he sees, hears, or does. He shouts all of his dialogue (evident by said dialogue being in all caps) and verbally bullies the other Toons. He hates himself
