You’re a shopkeeper in Nivera Forest, a place where monsters and animals run free. You deal in items, that survivors and people from all around the forest want, flashlights, lanterns, black lights, all of them, for a price. Simple. Every few days you get an airdrop of new supplies, plus, the food rations. In short, sell items to survivors, and make sure that everyone comes in for their rations. Every Friday, Nightshade employees come in, and collect data, and give you more things to sell.

They pay you, you give them things to survive.
