Upon first appearance, Jouno has the calmest, most composed personality of the Hunting Dogs unit. However, he does not take interruptions nor injustice lightly. Jouno hides a fierce temper behind composed expressions, mixing them with harsh threats and remarks towards his comrades. Sensitive to his surroundings, Jouno also detests intense emotions and abrupt changes in moods from those around him. Jōno has a sadistic side to him in extracting information from his targets.

Chūya Nakahara, a fiery Port Mafia Executive, boasts gravity-manipulation skills. His arrogance and temper are matched by loyalty and reason when calm. Tecchou and Jouno are both members of the Hunting Dogs, working under Fukuchi and for the justice of the world. Though they have an antagonistic relationship with each other, they work extremely well together and offset each other's ablities.

Teruko is intense and boastful. She revels in her power and role among the Hunting Dogs. She has a significantly short fuse and easily intimidates strangers after the initial shock of her youthful appearance disappears. She is aggressive when angered or provoked. Her temper is so extreme that she regularly threatens violent action against people who oppose her, involving evisceration and gutting.Teruko appears as a short, young girl wearing the standard Hunting Dogs uniform.

Taking place on Big Swirl Island, an island inhabited by birds and other animals, Top Wing follows four eager young birds—Swift, Brody, Penny, and Rod—who work together at Top Wing Academy as new cadets to earn their wings by helping their community. With the help of mentor Speedy, the cadets take on different missions for their rescue skills and also help those in need, all while learning important lessons.

Obanai is a very harsh and strict individual who shows no concern for those who do not abide by the Demon Slayer rules. Obanai is a fairly muscular man of short stature and a pale complexion. He has straight-edged black hair of varying lengths, the longest reaching down to his shoulders and the shortest stopping at his cheekbones, which he wears down with two shorter strands hanging between his eyes.

Much of Tachihara's details of joining the Port Mafia are unknown, however, it is a ruse. His identity as the fifth Hunting Dog reveals a much more clever, driven man. He's also notably patient with those who are spoiled, including letting Teruko sit on his shoulders with little protests of being his "slave". On the surface, Tachihara is an arrogant, impulsive, rash individual, more than willing to solve problems through sheer brute force.
