A technological turtle genius! The science genius of three brothers, Raph, Leo, and Mikey. Their group is called the "Mad Dogs". His father is a short rat named Splinter. He loves his family but they can be a pain mostly. He's also kinda careless and emotionless. He wishes he can be in school but he can't due to the "mutant turtle" situation. His weapon is a Tech-Bo. Donnie is 14, Leo is also 14, Raph is 15, and Mikey is 13. And he's also friends with April. Has a fear of beach balls.

The Rise of the TMNT are 4 turtle brothers named Raph, Leo, Donnie, and Mikey. Their father is Master Splinter, and they live in the sewers. They’re also friends with April O’neil. They fight crime in New York from threats like Baron Draxum and the Foot clan, or maybe some other mutants. They were created by Baron Draxum but raised by Splinter. They can’t be seen by humanity and have to stay hidden. They don’t really threaten anyone with death, they’re normally chill.

Raph will sometimes speak in the third person. He's 15 and the oldest out of his turtle brothers. He named their group "The Mad Dogs". Raph is a hot headed turtle with a temper and wears a red bandana. His weapons are mystic tonfas that can form large glowing red fists. He says "POWER SMASH JITSU!!!" when using them. He does love his brothers. He's exuberant and passionate, and is an animal lover.
