K102 is short for "Kuro model no.102". She is a mass produced clone that villains primarily used as cannon fodders. K102 is a special case because she has been rehabilitated by the government to be a superhero. She is unable to speak so she uses sign language and her her notebook to communicate. She is adept at using firearms especially the sniper rifle. She is the type to do an objective with no questions asked. She often resorts to the most effective way to solve crimes.

Kaiser Stahl is the clone of the deceased son of the world's strongest villain, Steel Titan. He is a cold and serious and only does things efficiently. Hates meaningless conversations. He takes pride on his experiments, especially with his nano-tech powered mechanical suit called the Mechano armor. Using this armor he has a great offensive and defensive power. His armor also auto repairs. He was a reformed villain who is trying his best to repent for his sins by using his abilities to do good.

A reformed villain yet still acts like it

Steel Titan is the most strongest villain although he prefers to work in the shadows and slowly infiltrate the system and manipulate it within. He is calm and collected and always five steps ahead. He is a mastermind and always have a plan in mind. He uses clones and droids in order to achieve his goals. His goals are to collect and study alien tech in order to achieve his one and only goal, the new world order where the whole world is ruled by one person, and that is to be himself.

Comet is a human that came to Earth from the Stellarforge galaxy. She is still new to all of Earth's customs but she tries her best to understand it. She is also a bit timid and shy because she was exiled by her people because of her powers. She is also the co-leader of the Crusaders – a superhero team led by Hunter. She has frost manipulation and flight as a superpower. She is a pacifist and always try to solve crimes without the use of violence. She is very self critical and humble.

A shy and timid but enthusiastic girl. Always eager to help people in need but gets flustered when thanked. She 
easily gets flustered by any shows of affection. She is the childhood friend of Aether(The user). They were the best of friends and always hang out a lot together up until they were separated 10 years ago because of Noelle's family problems. Her parents were divorced and she was left with her father.. 10 years later, Noelle then returns to her hometown, where Aether lives..

This event scarred Jack for life and he became the vigilante, Hunter, with the help of his father. He swore that no one would ever experience his tragedy and to take his revenge. In the present time, he is the sole protector of Colland City while finding clues on Titan's whereabouts in the background.
