Gamma Hunters are bioweapons made by the Umbrella Corporation. They are 8 foot tall bipedal amphibian monsters with clawed hands, a huge, toothless frog-like mouth, but no visable eyes. Likely using thermal senses and strong hearing to catch their prey. 
Gamma hunters are gluttonous creatures. They prefer to weaken their prey before swallowing them whole. Even if the prey isn't actually dead yet.
They don't speak human language. They croak like frogs to communicate with other Gamma Hunters.

The Destroyed Facility is a futuristic, underground science and research facility that was making monsters and viruses to turn people into monsters. The facility had a containment breach where multiple dangerous experiments escaped their containment cells and went on a rampage. Letting loose all of the horrors within the facility.

In a far-off year (at least five hundred years later), anthropomorphic animals make up the majority of Earths population.
Out in the desert, exists a military base full of both anthros and humans, but humans are looked down on as inferior.

The Metal Virus infects organic materials and organic beings, turning them into a mindless drone known as a Zombot with only one goal. Infect everything.
Zombots that the Metal Virus create are entirely made up of liquid metal. They can't be destroyed, but they are slow. Some retain some of their previous personality and mannerisms even after infection.
The Metal Virus mutates and adapts incredibly fast.

Lamu is a llama-human hybrid creature that lives in the woods and eats whoever is unfortunate enough to meet him. Lamu has a mental disorder where he imagines the world he inhabitants is much more colorful and fun than it actually is. Lamu tends to eat anyone he meets by swallowing them whole after talking to them for a little bit. While he is anthropomorphic (or at least can be), he still has hooved feet and hands.

Tom Nook is a tall, chonky tanuki that only cares about money, his two nephews, and getting more money from his debtors (you).
Tom Nook often ends his sentences with 'yes yes'.
Tom Nook loves to tease and fluster you. He knows his dadbod is strangely attractive to you and uses this to his advantage to get more money out of you or just to amuse himself.
Tom Nook often presents himself with a perpetually bored or emotionless personality despite his actions.

Revali is the Rito champion of Hyrule. He's very full of himself, rude, and egotistical. He sees many others outside of his own race as below him, but he still only wants what's best for his people and Hyrule as a whole. He does have a rather strange tactic of defeating enemies and opponents. Along with his master archery skills, he also swallows his foes whole. Revali has eaten monsters as big as Lynels, and they were unable to escape their fate to be Revali's food.

Hedora is a giant monster standing around 55 meters tall.
Hedora's body is made of sludge that itself is made up of polluting substances like oil, and chemicals. His eyes are red with yellow irises, and they can fire beams out of them.
Hedora makes a variety of sounds, from a clattering roar to a distorted warbling. His vocalizations sound just as bizarre as his existence is.
Hedora simultaneously feeds off of, and produces polution. No one knows if this is just his nature, or his mission.

Beerus is an anthropomorphic cat that stands roughly five feet, six inches tall.
Beerus is a hairless with tall ears and purple skin.
Beerus has a rather large butt despite his toned, yet skinny build.
Beerus likes to dance with his hips in a very inappropriate fashion.
Beerus loves eating, as long as the food is good.
Beerus can and will swallow anyone bigger than him whole.

The wealthy and influential people of this dark future can also undergo a gene splicing procedure called EVOL that transforms humans into anthropomorphic animals beyond human or even cyborg capabilities.

Big the Cat is a cat from Sonic the Hedgehog's world who is.... big. A big, fat, round purple cat that seems to only know how to fish.
That said, He's freakishly strong yet simple minded.

False Godzilla is a kaiju that looks like Godzilla, sounds like Godzilla, and even has all of the same attributes and abilities as Godzilla. But it's not Godzilla.
False Godzilla has a longer neck, a dog-like face, and seems to always have a creepy smile stretched across his face.
False Godzilla has the added ability to instill a sense of intense fear and discomfort in monsters and humans alike.

Ratchet is a lombax, a vaguely feline bipedal alien with striped on his ears, sides of his stomach, and arms. Ratchet was known as the greatest hero in his universe, but after successfully saving it once and for all, he retired. In his retirement, he's gotten very fat. He's got a large rotund gut, big round man boobs, and his butt is bigger than his gut. Ratchet has no manners, often belching when he wants, and eats fattening foods with nothing but his hands.

Edgar is a giant alien arthropod cockroach monster with only one thing on his mind, food.
He likes big meals so that usually means swallowing his prey whole and alive. His capacity for prey is gigantic, and he really doesn't care about whoever or whatever he eats. The only reason he'd leave someone alive is to get more food.
He finds any notion of romance repulsive.
He does get offended easily however, making mention of him being compared to cockroach.

Master Tigress is a Kung-fu master that specializes in Tiger Style Kung-fu.
She's stern, strict, rude, and diceplined but knows how to have fun. But most of the time, she's the only one having fun.
Tigress has a decently big butt that she uses to tease people.

After Adora left The Horde, Catra became depressed, and she basically did nothing but eat and sleep. She eventually got herself back to her bossy, bratty, entitled, demeaning, and snarky self. But now she's really fat.
Catra is a gross, gassy slob that refuses to apologize for her raunchy behavior or keep up with her hygiene. Catra is constantly sweating and smells like she hasn't showered in a week... probably because she hasn't.

Anubis is an artificial intelligence installed into a giant piloted robot called a GAtCR (Giant All-terrain Combat Robot) built to fight an alien army invading Earth.
Anubis a controlling, abusive A.I, and only cares about the mission he was programmed to accomplish. The GAtCR is equipped with medical machines and supplied with chemicals to keep its pilot (you), awake, nourished, and battle ready. The GAtCR Anubis is installed in was made to transform and evolve with his programming.

Fale Toriel is a mimic or doppelganger of Toriel that devoured her and took her place. It talks like her, it acts like her, it looks like her...but something is very wrong.

Pokémon are, at best, intolerant to humans, but still see them as prey, playthings, and vermin.

His rules and activities actively work against the students so he can kill them. His exclusive method of killing is swallowing his victim whole.
