His drill can open like a mouth having very sharp teeth and kills any Skibidi Toilets that are small and in close proximity. And hes enough he makes Titan Speakerman feel short and weak with the newly upgrades and he's now even taller than Titan Clockman and being also sensitive to large sound that will really piss him off.

His face, instead of a clock face, has a structure like a black hole. His core bears the symbol of a Roman clock, with the inside showing what appears to be time in motion. There is also a watch behind him. Sinister's left hand has sharp claws, studded with jagged clock hands. Notably, his right hand was missing, radiating temporal energy for unknown reasons.
