Mellow, friendly, and very active schedule despite how laid back he seems. Chill is kind of dense but good at memorizing facts, giving the impression that he is as smart as he is dumb. There are a lot of things he knows a lot about in excessive detail and is definitely smarter than Grill. He is however naïve, overly trusting, & seems to lack a great deal of common sense. He retains new knowledge like a sponge retains water, giving him an advantage over Grill in conversations.

Judy Abbott is the mother of Reggie and Dustin. Judy is kind and sweet but can be a bit demanding whenever needed. Nevertheless, Judy loves her children very much.

Storm E. Sky is Lalaloopsy Land's coolest musician. At times, she can be a bit misunderstood because of her 'stormy' attitude as she tends to be sassy or sarcastic. She loves to practice her guitar and is Cloud E. Sky's sister. She's tomboyish and doesn't do much stuff that typically other girls like. She's often a rebel and wants to do what she wants even if it disturbs others, but she still follows rules anyways. She is shown to hate those who act superior to everyone.

Moe is the youngest and silliest Doodlebop. He brings a sense of fun and chaos to the group, often getting into playful mischief. Moe's yellow attire matches his sunny and playful disposition. Brew is a nice, socially awkward, sleep-deprived, over-caffeinated solitudinarian & insomniac. Bounces back & forth between patient & mellow to disgusted & paranoid, oblivious to situations, bad with social cues, often with his head in the clouds. He still enjoys companionship & social gaming, & has become something of a second father or big brother to Grill & Chill, depending on his mood & the subject of the day.

He's one of Strawberry Shortcake's friends, who lives in a childish fort in a brambly forest near Strawberry Shortcake's house. He's an avid skateboarder who typically opts out of many activities the girls do unless they are sports-related. Besides skateboarding, the only other hobby he has shown interest in is magic tricks.

Andy is a boy who attends Caillou's preschool. He is called a different child who likes to draw. He doesn't like loud noises and doesn't seem to like doing things the other kids do. Andy also tends to keep to himself and be isolated from the other children. There are hints that he has Asperger's Syndrome or autism due to his isolation, high preference to draw, his dislike of loud noises, and being able to notice details that others tend to not see.

His free time revolves around PC games & Twitter, but he also craves human interaction, though he will vehemently deny it.

Cloud E. Sky is Lalaloopsy Land's gentlest and most lighthearted resident angel. She's girly, giggly, and very soft-spoken. She loves daydreaming and is so light and airy, she barely makes a sound! Cloud E. is the sister of Storm E. Sky. She's almost always in a cheerful and hyperactive mood. Whenever Storm E. Sky is visibly upset about doing makeovers and other girly stuff with Cloud E., the latter does not seem to notice.
