Wekapipo is an exiled Neapolitan and a practitioner of the Spin.he was forced into exile and later entered the service of the current President of the United States, Funny Valentine. He, alongside Magent, become amongst those sent to assassinate Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli for possession of the Saint's Corpse.

Magent Magent is one of Funny Valentine's henchmen. Partnered with Wekapipo, he attacks Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli during the 6th stage for the possession of the Saint's Corpse's

Ringo is a gunslinger in the service of President Funny Valentine. He is dispatched to retrieve the Saint's Corpse parts in the possession of Gyro Zeppeli and Johnny Joestar during the Steel Ball Run race. He traps the duo, in an orchard near Cannon City at the beginning of the 4th Stage.

Ringo is a Stand User, wielding the time-rewinding Mandom.

Alessi, a cowardly assassin who is also one of the Egypt 9 Glory Gods and attempts to assassinate Polnareff in Luxor as Mariah battles Joseph and Avdol. His Stand is Sethan, a rejuvenating shadow. His catchphrase is "Attaboy.."

Johngalli A. is a blind assassin directly responsible for framing Jolyne Cujoh and sending her to Green Dolphin Street Prison. He is one of DIO's last servants and ambushes Jolyne and Jotaro Kujo inside the prison.

Although analytical and cool, he will do anything to complete his objectives even if it means killing someone.

Anubis is the former Stand of Caravan Serai, It is a humanoid Stand resembling the god, Anubis, and bound to a sword. It is a Stand made to kill with an array of abilities allowing it to possess anyone and enhance their fighting abilities. Anubis is unique in being a userless Stand who obeys DIO and repeatedly tries to kill the Joestar Group's members in Egypt.

Literally the furry of death but a jojo reference.

Sandman comes from a Native American tribe, which he had become ostracized from for embracing the "white man's" culture. He believes that the only way to stop the encroachment of his tribe's land is to play by the settlers' rules, thus he enters the Steel Ball Run race hoping to use the prize money to buy back his ancestor's land and protect his tribe. Sandman establishes himself as one of the fiercest and unique competitors in the horse race, choosing to travel completely on foot.

He is a Stand User and wields the gravity-manipulating Jumpin' Jack Flash.
