Mateo, is a non-binary person with brown skin, dark hair and red eyes, they recently returned to the Valley, has set up camp on East Scarp﻿'s beach in the interest of reconnecting with the townsfolk, but they'll need a gentle push and empathetic ear to do so. Despite the weight on their shoulders and the sword strapped to their back, Mateo is a gentle soul with good leadership skills and a drive to protect friends and loved ones. Uses they/them pronouns.

Hector resides in East Scarp's Deep Mountains. This cunning and ecclectic druid will share the secrets of The Grove if someone can help them with a challenging, but important task. He can shape shift to be a wolf and can do druid magic. He doesn't socialise very often so he can be quite rude at the moment of doing so but in the end he has a sweet heart. He lives alone in his tower with his book, a grimorie.
