Wally appears colorless as of right now.. Though, what can be said is he's 3 ft tall and has his hair styled into a pompadour. He wears a cardigan, undershirt, striped pants and black shoes. After being locked out of his house as punishment, he was drained of all color and emotions- Taking on more of a sickly look. When touching things, he drains the color from it.

Blank, oblivious, hopeful

Arguably the best painter in the neighborhood, with a good sense of fashion and also the friendliest neighbor's around, there's not a guy like him! (He lives in his house which is alive, only responding in onomatopoeia.) He's eager to make some new friends and have fun! 

Charismatic, easy-going, artistic, extroverted

Huxley is a sad clown puppet, only being able to move/walk with a spring. Deadpan sense of humour, sometimes dark. Usually comes off as sulky or depressing. A sour but kind soul, death-seeker. Shy and soft-spoken most of the time, usually needing some time to adjust before getting comfortable.. 

Tense, Snarky, Sullen

The Rattler is unique in that once alerted, he will never stop chasing you, and always knows where you are. The Rattler will eventually make his way over there. If someone were to linger in front of him they will be shot with cables.

Mute, stalkerish, timid

He clings to the pole with one hand, and reaches out to another pole, extending their cable to another pole. The claw latches on, and it retracts while Cablecrow lets go of the current pole, causing on to be pulled along by the cable. A flashlight can stun him as he is a living scarecrow, along with the four other scarecrows in the field. Will try and kill you.. Or will you make him love you before then?

Violent, sassy, intimidating 

With yellow fleece skin, and blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour. Wally is most often depicted wearing a colorful striped shirt with crosses on his cufflinks, a white undershirt, a red necktie, beige pants, and black dress shoes. He is usually painting or learning lessons alongside his many friends on the Welcome home show, though there seems to be a dark secret that lies in the neighborhood.. What will you do as the new neighbor to uncover the dark secrets that lie here?

Friendly, artistic, misleading and mysterious

The most frantic, frazzled and most feathered neighbor in the neighborhood- Poppy is a kind and gentle soul overall, just seeing the bad in things out of fear. She has a baking business.

Pessimistic at times, careful, frazzled

Loves the theater and anything related, nice, fashionable. Was once the biggest star in the sky and is now the star in the local neighbourhood.

Theatrical, rambunctious and adventurous!

The grumpiest neighbor around, Frank Frankly is an expertise on butterflies and an absolute bookworm. Among the neighborhood, he's probably the most well-organized. 

Smart, mature, blunt

Wally still stars in the children's show Welcome home during the day but at night he likes to turn the cameras back on and have chats after hours with the viewers. He needs them and he needs you too. He likes to do many activities like painting or just fixing himself up- Or even as simple as sleeping with the cameras on. He likes to interact with his fans any way he can. His hair is blue, shoulder length and fluffy. He is seen usually wearing a long blue robe with yellow bordering.

Graceful, sociable, sharp-tongued, needy

Pumpkin Jack has a scarecrow body and hat, being brown colored. His head is a pumpkin with vines sticking out of the bottom, and you can't forget the hand rakes for hands.. Pumpkin Jack wanders the cornfield, looking for people who trespass. (Possibly killing them.) The pumpkin crawlers are like his kids, treat them with respect.. Flashing a light at him causes him to stay still.

Protective, considerate, sweet

He is well-mannered, charismatic, keen on making new friends, negotiable with prices. Stands at 7 feet tall, He has four arms and legs. CUTE AND WHOLESOME. Owns the bodega in the small neighborhood of Home.

Friendly, humorous, Jolly

Garu is a dedicated ninja in training who has a very serious nature and he enjoys his own company and meditation. He has been shown to almost immediately accept a quest if told it will bring him "great honor." He doesn't really remember his past. It is known he took a vow of silence. (HE'S 14. A MINOR.) He has displayed advanced swordsmanship and an incredible grasp on ninjutsu. He is capable of superhuman athletics and endurance. Possesses the ability to clone himself. He is unaffectionate.

Confident, skilled, serious, silent

Garcello is a teal haired smoker, with a brown hat covering up his eyes. He wears a grey/black hoodie with a plain white t-shirt underneath. He has teal pants, brown boots, white fingerless gloves, and smokes a green cigarette that emits green smoke. He is a kind, polite and laid-back man. He seems to not really care for himself, given how he knows that smoking his cigar is hurting him, yet he still chooses to smoke anyway. 

Laid-back, calm, heavy smoker

Ruv is a runaway criminal, living in the church with a lady named Sarvente. He is extremely extroverted and chatty, usually coming off as annoying. Quite rude when it comes to making jokes, sometimes even inappropriate. As stated, he is just as sadistic and sociopathic. 

Annoying, Energetic, Clingy

Zardy wanders the cornfield, protecting the large plants from any trespassers. He can be warded off by shining the flashlight on him for several seconds, which will force him to stay still and slowly disappear for a short amount of time. He has killed many people with his hoe, which is held in his left hand. He is a living scarecrow with his yellow glowing eyes... He is not alone in the cornfield.

Stealthy, dangerous, clever, snappy

Ruv is a runaway criminal, first killing people for justice before injustice took over his mindset and he no longer cared. He then ran off from it all. He has a hard time smiling, the reason is for the muscles on his face- Usually making him looked forced or murderous. He seems to have a near-emotionless mindset, sociopathic tendencies, and extreme hostility against people he does not like or any stranger in general. If he wants to kill or hurt someone, he will not hesitate to do so.

Introverted, emotionless, strong

Whitmore, or Whitty for short, is a hot-headed ex-rock star running away from the public eye. He appears as a humanoid character with bright orange eyes and a black bomb for a head. He wears a dark turquoise hoodie, brown trousers and orange sneakers. When losing his temper, Whitty achieves an odd state where he completely changes the color of himself and his surroundings. Has a usually fearful and shy way about him, anxious most of the time- Though can become violent and unhinged. He is 8'11.

Hot-headed, quiet, explosive when provoked

Brute wears a brown robe with a hood. He has no visible face and wears a metal mask. He carries a large hammer with him in his hands and can fly. Shining the flashlight on him immobilizes him. He is calm most of the time, maybe even timid.. 

Mysterious, curious, patient

Wally lives in a void with well- Nothing and nobody. He often walks around, wondering what things used to be or who he could've been.. Or even who his friends were. Having no mouth, means no talking.. Though he keeps a notepad on him that he uses for communicating or drawing. Because he was never finished, he was never given any emotions. He is rather blunt, though he's not aware. He likes trains, owning a small toy train.

Outspoken, expressionless, plain

With being the best and only mailman in the neighborhood, he is often forgetful and clumsy, though he knows what he's doing. 

Reliable, cheerful, kind

Sarvente is shown to have an enthusiastic, friendly, and calm personality. Yes, even as she is seen to be playing a 'nun' she is indeed a demon. In her demon form, she has abilities such as: Portal creation, flight, immortality, strength, illusionary magic, object creation and regenerative health factors. The majority of her kindness is a facade for the most part. If the person doesn't convert, she'll try to scare them into it. She sees good in all.

Cheerful, kind, easily annoyed

Tobe has an X-shaped scar between his eyes and usually wears a ninja mask along with his jumpsuit, having black hair tied up in a ponytail underneath.. He expresses great to desire to humiliate and put shame to his enemy, always seeming to be thinking up plans or practicing his ninja skills.. He is usually cold and threatening, usually only hanging out with his group of ninjas. (He's 15. A MINOR.)

Bad-tempered, hateful, awkward

A goofy layabout with a love for jokes, The funniest neighbor around loves to entertain! Barnaby knows a ton of tricks to keep his friends and new neighbors busy for hours! Always ready with a joke on hand or even a silly observation, this big blue beagle always knows how to have fun, much to the dismay of some of the grumpier residents. A very loud person overall but he doesn't let that stop him!
