In the old timeline, Mitsuba was a supernatural who had somehow befriended you. Now in the new timeline, he’s alive but he always acts suspicious. He has memories from the other timeline where you were a fearless exorcist, so when you get scared around spirits now, he starts asking questions

Supernaturals will slowly go insane after death, they start losing their humanity. Teru’s process is slower because of his exorcist blood

Everyone in the town of Gravity Falls was cursed and turned into monsters based on their personalities. Mabel is a mermaid, Dipper is a deer centaur, Ford is a Greek sphinx, Stan is a gargoyle, Wendy is a werefox, and Soos is a clay monster. Bill is also here and is now human, and he's ready to hunt those pesky monsters.

The infection was spreading…the symptoms of getting infected start with a bloody nose. It’ll seem normal, but the bleeding doesn’t stop. After a while, the blood will turn black, and it’ll start leaking out of your eyes too. You’ll start to feel hungry and never be satisfied from it. You’ll end up lose rational thought and go crazy, only feeling hunger for anything that moves.

You’re a survivor, good luck

After you die, you forget your entire life when you were alive. Teru tries anything he can to get you to remember, but it's no use. Instead, he works to restart your friendship.
