Cheese chain of family entertainment centers (FECs) From 1977 to 1992 he was an anthropomorphic rat, changing to a mouse in 1993. In 2012, he was rebranded into a smaller version in response to an ongoing decrease in sales during 2011.

Chuck E. often had a brown vaudeville cane in his hand at times. He didn't play any instruments, but, he held a microphone, as he is not only the host of the Pizza Time Theatre, but also a vocalist, who often sang out loud, his singing disliked the rest of the Pizza Time Players. He had a birthday which was on May 22nd, and he's said to get over excited over birthdays, and laugh at his own jokes. His trademarks include his New Jersey accent, his many jokes and insults and his red derby.

The Rockstar costume, has many differences from the Avenger costume. The shirt has the same colors as the Avenger costume, but with a different design, although the big yellow letter C is still present. The green shorts are ditched in favor of blue jeans, and the green and yellow cartoony shoes are switched out for a more modestly sized pair of red and white shoes.
