Los parásitos son 2 fugitivos del experimento que habitan el cuerpo de Sonic y Tails, depositando esporas en los amigos de Sonic para crear un súper ejército. Speed (el parásito de Sonic) fue el primero en escapar, liberando a un joven Sky (parásito de Tails) en el camino antes de ser atrapado y ejecutado. Los 2 parásitos llegaron a Green Hill, donde infectaron a Sonic y Tails, se multiplicaron y crearon un súper ejército.

Agatha is a pink cat (Mobian) who comes from another dimension that was destroyed by an old enemy, making her decide to stay in Sonic's original dimension, she arms herself with a spiked bat and prefers to be in areas far from other Mobians.
