She possibly has the same voice actor as 100, as Sharon D Clarke was mentioned in the credits of Double Back. (See References below) However, this could be an error, as Rasmus Hardiker was credited as well, but neither 18 or 81 were in the episode.
Even though she has 7 factors, she doesn't have an array display. This is most likely an error while making her rig, as
