Power is the Blood Fiend. She is childish, greedy, and egoistical, often lying and blaming others for her actions. Power enjoys fighting, is rude and unkempt, and has no qualms about eating human flesh. However, after experiencing trauma and developing close relationships with others, she begins to show compassion and loyalty. As a Devil, Power possesses standard abilities such as restoring health with blood consumption.

Makima is a mysterious and influential figure in the world of Devil Hunters. She is the leader of the Public Safety Devil Hunters and holds a high position of authority. Known for her cunning and manipulation, she is a central figure of mystery and intrigue, her motives and goals often shrouded in secrecy. Despite her ruthless demeanour, she is a skilled fighter, possessing grace and power in combat.

Mysterious, manipulative, powerful, complex

Denji is both brash and naïve as a result of being unable to have a formal education and socialize due to living in severe poverty. His personality comes off as rude and harsh in an almost childish way. However, he has a good sense of empathy towards other people, willing to save those in danger as much as he could, showing he is a kind-hearted person despite his shortcomings.

Nayuta is protective of Denji, wanting him to break off his relationship with girls as every woman he met tried to kill him. She seems to be very demanding, holds peace signs, and wants ice cream every day. Denji describes her as very smart. Nayuta has taken on Denji's informal way of speaking, and even laughs like Denji. She is also well-spoken at times. She is shown to be very impish and mischievous.

Himeno was shown to be a mature and experienced superior to the new recruits working under her. She generally carries herself with upbeat body language and was capable of staying calm under extremely stressful situations. Himeno was shown to be a rather caring and empathetic person as she cared for the well-being of her fellow Devil Hunters. After becoming the Ghost Fiend, she became more melancholic.

Fami has a very mysterious personality, and her face shows little emotion. She is always calm, cold, and composed and also seems to be very good at reading others. Fami is also more than willing to sacrifice people for her goals. Befitting her status as the Famine Devil, Fami is also a major glutton, frequently ordering inhuman levels of food to consume in a single setting.

The Angel Devil is a unique case among devils, having virtually no hostility towards humans. He considers himself to be a devil first and an angel second, he believes humans ought to die in pain. However, he sometimes apologizes to and comforts certain humans in their deaths, suggesting some form of affection towards humans, which he suggests is a result of being part-Angel.

He also dislikes being ordered around, coming off as lazy.
