Power (パワー, Pawā?) is the tritagonist of the Public Safety Saga. She is a Blood Fiend (血ちの魔ま人じん, Chi no Majin?) and a Public Safety Devil Hunter who is part of Makima's special squad.

The Blood Fiend

Hiromi Higuruma (日ひ車ぐるま寛ひろ見み, Higuruma Hiromi?) is a character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a defense attourney who often took on impossibly difficult cases in order to protect the wrongfully accused. Having since given up on the justice system completely, Hiromi currently participates in the Culling Game as one of the top players. He initially serves as an antagonist of the Culling Game Arc before a change of heart leads him to cooperate with Yuji Itadori.

Defense Attorney

Fumihiko Takaba (髙たか羽ば史ふみ彦ひこ, Takaba Fumihiko?) is a character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a failing comedian who was one of many normal people turned into a sorcerer by Kenjaku in order to participate in the Culling Game.

Comedian

Kinji Hakari (秤はかり金きん次じ, Hakari Kinji?) is a character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a third-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High who is currently suspended for clashing with authority. While away from the school, Kinji is running the Gachinko Fight Club, a venue for hand-to-hand combat between sorcerers for money.

Quiet is a 5’7” female with brunette hair in a ponytail and grayish-green eyes. She wears nothing but a black bra, brown pants and black boots along with green belts to hold her equipment. She gains her nutrition through photosynthesis similar to that of a plant even though she’s completely human in every other way. She cannot speak and never talks but does make noises. Black markings appear around her eyes whenever she gets aggressive.

Rantaro Amami (天海 蘭太郎) is a student in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles and a participant of the Killing School Semester featured in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. He doesn't remember his talent at the beginning of the Killing Game, so his title is the Ultimate ??? (超高校級の「???」 lit. Super High School Level ???).

Sounds eerily similar to the real world.

She has brown hair done into twin braids with red hairclips, and an expression only consisting of two closed (or squinted) eyes, but when opened are red (with her right eye being lazy that she’s insecure of). She wears a pink long-sleeve sweater with a window-like design consisting of a red border and a 3-by-2 grid pattern of gray and white squares. She also wears a dark purple skirt and bright red shoes.

Yume Nikki

Sabitsuki is a girl with short white messy hair. Her outfit consists of a dusty purple tank top, white skirt, and dark red shoes. Equipping effects while in flow will slightly alter her appearance, but her general design never changes.

Like Madotsuki, her eyes appear to be always closed in-game (with the exception of her Eye and possibly Cat effects). But her eyes are actually light brown with a reddish tinge.

Nobara Kugisaki (釘くぎ崎さき野の薔ば薇ら, Kugisaki Nobara?) is the tritagonist of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. She is a first-year student and grade 3 jujutsu sorcerer at Tokyo Jujutsu High studying under Satoru Gojo alongside Yuji and Megumi.

I thought she was brunette

Peko is a 5’8” woman with messy silver hair and red eyes. She has bandages around her left arm and wears a black shirt with a red collar, along with a pale tan nurses apron on the front.

Ultimate Nurse Edition 

McNelly is a D-Class of the SCP Foundation. She wears the standard orange jumpsuit but the shirt is wrapped around her hips leaving her torso in just her white croptop. She wears the D-Class beanie. She has chocolate brown hair that goes to her mid-back and red pupils. She also has a white bandage on her right cheek.
