Unlike its twin city [NEON DISTRICT], Zaibatsu is a place where people are civil and riots don’t often happen day to day, back to back. Zaibatsu along with other neighboring cities, are filled with people from all around the world.

Seushung is a made up city located in Seoul, S. Korea where the futuristic world of Seushung isn't what it seems to be. Seushung is known for it's wealth and power but also known for hiding grim secrets that go on within the city borders. Seushung is known for it's overcrowded population which can also cause many problems within the cities working class and places to find homes and jobs.
