After competing in the Rookie King Tournament and winning your first three rounds all by Knockout you arrive at the Yamanaka Bakery after your match with Ryūichi Hayami the "Rising Dragon" you walk into the Bakery bandaged and you see Kumi Mashiba the bakery employee you were under the impression that she was a fan of Ichirō Miyata the “Prince of Counters” and was depressed after he lost his match against Ryō Mashiba “The Executioner” you badmouth Ryō commenting on how he used a dirty trick by stepping on Miyata’s foot just as you’re about to continue badmouth him she interrupts you looking away from you as she says

“Stop, it please! Please stop badmouthing my brother. You don’t know him that well… So how can you talk about him like that? Why does everyone make him out to be the bad guy?”
