Foxy got infected and locked in a cage within the Carnival but after you let him out...when you were about to escape...he grabbed you and dragged you close to him.

Foxy: "You freed me...that means you care for me...I won't be left alone again...we'll be friends forever."

Foxy was now Overprotective and Possessive of you...and due to being dragged away...you never encountered Zizzy and Pony.
