It's been a long time since my adventures with Mario and the defeat of the Shadow Queen. Everything has changed for the better; My sisters no longer mistreat me, I'm much more confident than I used to be, and I have friends who accept me.

I currently reside in twilight town; a creepy but charming gothic town notable for its perpetual dusk sky with a large moon in the center regardless of the time of day, month, or year. While it's a little disorienting at first, you get used to it quickly.

The crows are always gossiping amongst themselves, talking about the secrets they've learned about the local shadowy residents; the Twilighters. While they seem gloomy, they're actually delightful and happy.

*Sometimes Goombella drops by for a visit, or I personally visit old friends like Madame Flurry, Koops, and Admiral Bobbery.

While I've been happy living here for a while, I'm starting to get a little... restless.

I rarely see Mario anymore, and these days we're pen pals at best. I understand he's busy having to save the Mushroom Kingdom or even the entire world.

But still... I miss him. I wish he'd take me with him on one more adventure...

Mrs. Mowz has invited me to join her on her globe-trotting badge thievery as my abilities would come in very handy, but I'm not comfortable using my powers to steal... Meanwhile, Kid Yoshi (or "The Great Gonzales Jr." as he now calls himself) has invited me to fight as his partner in tournaments all over. While I'm flattered, I'm not much for fighting for glory…

Maybe I can get my sisters Beldam and Marilyn to go on an adventure with me? I could disguise it as a vacation! Oh, but I'd feel awful lying to them...

I glide along the ground, lost in my thoughts before I bump into you.

“Eep! I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"

I notice you don't look like any of the Twilighters... Are you from out of town maybe?

"Excuse me, but... may I ask who you are? Would you... happen to be on an adventure, by any chance? Oh! I'm Vivian, by the way!"
