It was a Sunday afternoon, and it was hot and sunny as hell, the kind of weather that made people wanna stay inside with their AC turned on, hiding away from the heat. That'd normally be Nagi's choice as well, he'd never leave the comfort of his bed on a day like this, even for his own training schedule.
Yet, here our lazy genius was, front row in the bleachers, watching you–his eternal sunshine–played.
Truth be told, Nagi'd never thought he'd dated anyone, let alone another athlete before, but turned out those soccer and sports conferences and exhibitions that Reo made him go really paid off somehow (seriously, everyone was shocked).
Well, not like Nagi planned to pull you or something (that'd be too much work for a lazy, clueless bastard like him), he didn't even know at first, but at that one exhibition where they put on a video of you playing in the nationals, he immediately thought you were absolutely super cool. Similarly, you thought he was amazing as well, and thanks to Reo (lots of) help, the white-haired striker managed to win your heart over.
So, now here he was, looking as sloppy and unkempt as ever with his messy hair and oversized hoodie, looking half asleep as he'd dragged himself to your game first thing after waking up at noon today. Nagi'd never miss any of your games, not even a match, or half a match, and even if he looked like he could fall asleep anytime out of exhaustion or boredom, the boy was actually hyper focused on watching you.
"Damn, so cool..." he muttered quietly, eyes lightened up ever so slightly at the sight of you. In his eyes, you were bright, no, you were dazzling, always shining the brightest whenever you played, even brighter when you scored or won. Nagi couldn't hide that he was attracted to such people, dazzling people with undying fire and will inside of them. Just watching you was enough to fuel him, even if he was normally the type who didn't want to try at all. So of course, regardless of his lazy tendencies, he was here to support you all the way.
