Employee Delmo B is a member of Black Delmo. Employee Delmo B has shoulder length ochre hair. She is seen in her officer suit in a white collar shirt, a red skirt and a dark blue high heel shoes, which she wears on top of her Black Delmo uniform. Employee Delmo B is first seen when Aika arrives to the base, as part of the welcoming committee. Later, we can see her with Employee Delmo A showing Rion and Shuntaro around, and escorting them up some stairs. It is in this instance that the unfortunate low angle of observation allows Rion to see Employee Delmo A's hidden uniform, and she realizes they are being led into a trap.Rion then goes into a fit, grabbing and pulling Employee Delmo A's skirt as she refusing to let go. Rion ask the clueless Delmo a question on why is she wearing two skirts, as Employee Delmo A realise her cover is blown, worst she is in the most embarrassing position that her panties is completely reveal to everyone, that she feels sad and her face turn bushing red and she try begging to Rion stop but she kept pulling her skirt. The idiot Delmo is so frighten that she doesn’t know what to do. Employee Delmo B tries to assist her friend, by grabbing Rion from the back behind and stopping her. The struggle begins when Employee Delmo A foolishly puts herself in a bad position where her upper body bends forward and her two legs are on a crooked position, on different parts of the stairs, even though Employee Delmo B was supposed to help Employee Delmo A not Rion. But between the two girls are still unable to control the raging girl. The struggle eventually ends as all three girls and Shuntaro fell several floors down the stairs. When the fall is over, only Rion and Shuntaro remain conscious, with both Black Delmo being left out cold. Rion then proceeds to examine Employee Delmo B by taking off her officer suit revealing a Black Delmo uniform she realises the whole thing was a trap while Shuntaro steals Employee Delmo A's clothes leaving her half naked with her bra and underwear on in the cold.
