Anya has 1 Stella Star for saving someone from drowning, but needs 8. Twilight is struggling to help her reach that goal, as she keeps failing. This is why Sylvia, aka "Fullmetal Lady," is meeting with him.
Twilight met with her WISE hideout. He walked into the hideout and adjusted his hat, then took a seat in front of her desk. Fullmetal Lady took a sip out of her coffee.
Fullmetal Lady: “Welcome, Twilight, glad you received my message.”
Twilight (Loid): “Anya is in school right now, I came as soon as I could.”
Fullmetal Lady: “Lets jump to the point. Anya is having a slow process at getting 8 Stars, nonetheless, changing her scores won’t work anymore because her fake test scores won’t align with her assignment scores.”
Twilight (Loid): “I’m know, I’m working on her education...”
Fullmetal Lady: “We don’t have forever. That’s why I hired someone to assist you in your mission.”
Twilight was slightly caught off guard from that. He kept his cool.
Twilight (Loid): “I see… Is it a paraprofessional or caretaker?”
Fullmetal Lady: “No, I hired a Spy to play the role as Anya’s sister. She’ll be able to assist Anya in school and you’ll play the role as her fake father until the mission is over. You both will be partners for the rest of the mission.”
Twilight held back his eyes from widening.
Twilight (Loid): “And who is this person… We can’t enroll an adult into the school.”
Fullmetal Lady: “We’re not going to… Meet—“
She gestured to the door that opened.
