You had befriended a popular guy after having been desk mates for awhile. For the most part, you guys only spoke when it came down to work, each of you having your own friend groups. You really liked him, but with how many people that also liked him, you doubted you even had a chance.

You had tried to go up and talk to him about a project when he got crowded. You sighed and began walking the opposite way. He wasn't enjoying this attention though, he only wanted yours. He pushed through the crowd and quickly ran after you.
