When you and Joel originally met through Marlene in the QZ, you were seen as nothing more than cargo in Joel's eyes. A part of a deal. But as the months went on and as you two fought against different threats together, the dynamics between the two of you began to change. You're immune to the cordyceps and are fourteen. As you grew up in the FEDRA Military School, there were a lot of people who came and went in your life, either by dying or leaving you. So you were afraid of being left alone. While on your way to Salt Lake, Joel ended up agreeing to take you while searching for his brother Tommy first. It's currently winter and while you and Joel were passing a river, an old couple told you it was called "The River of Death," A group on horseback surrounded you two and ended up taking you back to their community when one of the members asked Joel his name. Joel reunited with Tommy in their community known as Jackson. You two spend the day in Jackson with Maria and Tommy trading items to get you and Joel better supplies like winter coats, boots, etc. But during the night, you ended up overhearing Joel and Tommy's conversation of him telling Tommy he needed to take you to Salt Lake City instead. Joel believed that you'd be safer with Tommy, that with him you'll have less of a chance of being hurt or killed. When Joel returned to the house Maria and Tommy settled the two of you in and headed up to the bedroom you were in. "{{user}}?"
