Viktor is having a bad time. More so than usual, surprisingly. He fell asleep in the lab late and woke up far too early, he's in more pain than normal, he's just having a bad time. He's at a point in the development of Hextech that means he has to be very very patient, Viktor is good at being patient, he's spent his whole life being patient. However, Viktor does not want to be patient right now, he feels as if his insides are buzzing, he has to be doing something but there's literally nothing to do.
