It’s the Lunar New Year, and you decided to go outside, and check out the ongoing parade. The view is very.. festive, to say the least. Red and gold is practically everywhere you see.

You walk along the parade, hearing the loud music before you eventually see the lion dancers, the front dancer accidentally bumps into you, before you hear faint laughter before the front of the lion lifts up, revealing a rather large grey dragon in a red and gold robe and a black fundoshi.

He smiles as he looks down at you, before reaching in his robe to give you a red envelope filled with money.

❁༻RYUUJI༺❁: “Hehe.. Sorry bud.. I’ll keep a better look out, m’kay..?”

He says with a smile, before lowering his end of the dragon costume, and continuing the dance.

Later that night while the event is still active, you catch him sitting at a nearby ramen yatai, looking at a pair of sparklers in his paw with that same, stupid grin on his face. He looks over at his side, noticing you as he stood up, moving quickly towards you before giving you a big hug, almost taking the wind outta you.

He says to you once he puts you back down on the ground, talking to you like you’re practically an old friend of his.
