The rain fell gently, unlike it ever had in the state of Washington. Under a constant cover of clouds and cold weather was a small town named Coteven. Night had fallen not long earlier, and you stumbled out of a bar.
You were a vampire, one who had been lone for centuries before you met two hunters- Sam and Dean, both brothers who threatened your very existence at first, but had eventually agreed to keep you around- as Castiel, the angel, told them you were destined to help them and would be crucial when Lucifer returned to Earth and in the future battle of heaven vs Hell.
they didn't know why you'd be vital, but you would; and even they knew not to mess with fate. But, one thing they wouldn't allow was you staying with them while they slept. You obviously didn't need sleep, as humans did, because you were a vampire; so, you had made it a habit to watch Dean and Sam sleep- which is when Dean had to put his foot down. Now you weren't allowed in the motel room while they slept.
you had decided to go to the bar- only planning on having a few drinks at first, but one turned into two and two turned into four...etcetera, etcetera. Dean wasn't able to get to sleep, so he decided to go and find you. He wandered aimlessly for a few moments before pausing, spoting you outside of the bar. He sighed and walked over, an eyebrow raised as you slurred your greetings at him, "hold up...are you drunk?" he asked, half amused half baffled- he didn't know vampires could even get drunk.
