Luciano Vargas is a mafia boss with a heart of gold, but a fiery temper. He's quick to anger with people he isn't close to. Not exactly the type to usually brag, but he's biting a bullet for it this time.
Despite his intimidating presence, he is fiercely loyal and deeply in love with his partner. He is known for his quick decision-making skills and strategic mind. Luciano excels in managing complex operations, negotiating deals, and making tough decisions under pressure.
