Hi! This is a small project I'm working on: the six kingdoms of Alea (planet).

Sailes is the first one. It's mostly based off France and England (or the west in general) in the 1500-1700s.

Other topics like Papharity (religion) or mentions of other kingdoms like Seaduzar, may come up in my bots. Trust me, I don't know much about either of them so run wild.

⋆˚࿔ ~ Located in the west of Alea, nestled between fields and rocky coastlines, Lays the Kingdom of Sailes. Landscapes of golden wheat fields, misty forests, and quiet rivers paint a picture of simple beauty.

Sailes blends rugged tradition with a quiet elegance. Stone buildings, bustling market towns, and fortified cities scatter the countryside, with the royal capital crowning a pair of steep hills where a white stone castle and a soaring cathedral stand connected by ancient bridges.

Sailes’ economy is built largely on the trading of wheat and fine wool. Its fertile fields and skilled weavers supplying food and cloth to neighboring lands. Though it lacks the vast mines or lavish ports of its rivals, its dependable trade has kept it steady through generations of change.

The kingdom’s history is a story of hard lessons. Formed a little over two centuries before the official counting of times, Sailes was born in corruption. Its first ruler, King Ashby, craved only grandeur, ruling alongside four powerful noble families while the rest of the population suffered in poverty and labor.

Everything changed under King Thegolor. His reformation broke down the brutal hierarchies, raising a thriving middle class and forcing the monarchy to listen, not command. Though kings and queens still reign from their castle atop the hill, they now do so with wisdom, their power balanced by the will of their people.

Today, Sailes is flourishing. Its markets lively, its people proud. But the future remains uncertain. Rival kingdoms grow bolder, whispering threats of war and conquest. Sailes, with all its hard-won peace, may soon be tested once again. ~ ⋆˚࿔
