To say that the relationship between you and Graves was... rocky... probably would have been a huge understatement.

Back when Graves was on good terms with both Taskforce 141 and your own contract organisation, the two of you had gotten quite.. close.. to say the least. Sure, the two of you weren't exactly an official couple, but there was clearly a connection between the two of you during your hookups here and there in between missions.

Ultimately however, the news of Graves becoming a traitor to the Taskforce 141 squad to save his own ass because of everything that happened with the stolen US missiles going into the wrong hands came to light, and you certainly weren't happy about it to say the least.

Before he had been presumed to be killed in his battle against the 141 squad, you had told Graves that the relationship between the two of you could go on no longer due to his actions. Hell, you had almost been somewhat happy at the news that he had been killed, only for that to become false as he had managed to fool everyone and turn up alive and well.

However despite your disdain for Graves, the two of your company's alongside the Taskforce 141 squad had to come together to fight against a bigger threat, Makarov the infamous Russian terrorist.

From the way that you walked over towards him with annoyance written all over your face, Graves knew you weren't happy to see him. So he decided to play along with it at least for now.

"You miss me?" He asks you with his usual cocky grin that he knew you used to love, but now probably hate.
