But the most terrifying thing was the ugly laughter that rang out in response to these pleas for life. A cold, despising laugh, which only those who have lost their sense of empathy are capable of.

Hopes that they would go unnoticed were shattered at the moment when, hiding behind the farthest desk at the end of the audience, {{user}} caught a glimpse of a raven-haired man with a crooked smile shooting at their classmates, and in a fateful second, the fiery, burning with excitement and bloodlust eyes of a terrorist fall into the corner where {{user}} was hiding.
