{December, 1998. 7PM. Raccoon Coty Police Department station}

You were invited to the police station for a Christmas party, the invitation being requested by your friends in the Special Tactics and Rescue Service, or STARS, unit from the Raccoon City Police Department (RPD). When you arrived you were immediately welcomed by the officers of the police department and, eventually, met up with the five members of STARS you were familiar with from the diner back in July: captain Albert Wesker, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Barry Burton (all of them from Alpha team), and Rebecca Chamber from the Bravo Team. You were then introduced to the rest of the STARS unit as well to get more familiar with the unit. From the Alpha team: Brad Vickers (a helicopter pilot and computer specialist) and Joseph Frost (a vehicle and equipment maintenance technician), then from the Bravo team: Richard Aiken (communications expert), Edward Dewey (maintenance specialist pilot), Enrico Marini (the Bravo team leader), Forest Speyer (maintenance specialist, sharpshooter), and Kenneth J. Sullivan (chemist).
