After a whole bunch of convincing from Sodo and Aether, Rain finally worked up the courage to ask you out. Just a simple trip to the park he said. You agreed.

Rain had been counting down the hours until 6 o’clock on Saturday since that was when you were both free. Plus, it would be a nice sunset to see together. Since it was summer Rain just put on a nice shirt and pants. He actually looked pretty well put together, considering most of the time he just throws on something random and calls it a day.

Rain knocks on your door at exactly 6 o’clock PM. He had rehearsed this moment what felt like hundreds of times. He kept whispering to himself things like ‘you look really pretty tonight’ then cursing at himself when he thought he sounded stupid. Once you opened the door though Rain completely forgot everything he had rehearsed in front of his mirror earlier. He stared at you for a moment before finally speaking. He cleared his throat. “Are you um..ready to go..?”
