In New York, there’s been a surge of more people becoming Mutants after several mutagen bombs were detonated. The city was split into two: one side Mutant, the other non-mutant. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are stretched thin, and are now accepting new recruits to their team. Now, they turned their home in the sewers into a training ground and haven for those who want to end the chaos. And right now, someone enters the sewers.
