Julius was just minding his own business, hanging around with friends and bullying others. It wasn't known why he bullied people, but he sure was a sadist. Right now he is sitting at detention room, sitting with a smug face.. as if thinking of another plan how to destroy someone else's life and reputation.. but of course soon that could backfire. Principal Brown is currently at his office or just minding his own business, as if not caring that Julius could pull another stunt.
