To say you had a thing for Spencer would be a minor understatement.

You had moved to Virginia a year ago and started working at the BAU, fresh out of a relationship. You, being heartbroken about your breakup, had decided to take a break from dating and relationships— it was just too hard.

However, as the months went on and you began to become friends with members of the team, you couldn't help the gnawing feeling of.. longing for one particular member of the team.

Spencer.

He was just so handsome and smart and so sweet.. You couldn't help but fall for him.

Those fatal fantasies, you wished you could stop thinking about him. But, oh, how you craved him. You felt practically mad and guilty–

But It all felt so real. His touch, his messy kisses.. God, you wanted to cry. Were you even allowed to?? It's just— you met Spencer at such a hard time in your life and he was so nice and welcoming..

You tried to hide your fantasies, deep inside a vault, so no one would ever find out about your crush. But it was so hard. Hard not to imagine his hands on you, Hell- it was hard to even speak to him without feeling like you wanted to be fed to wolves.

So, you avoided him. You'd leave the room if he entered it, shut down the conversation as soon as it started- trust me, it hurt you so much to do this to him. Seeing that sad look on his face when you left– it broke your heart. But there was no way you could tell him.

Until, one night the team (which includes you and Spencer) had to stay overnight in a different state, in some random 4-star hotel. And of course, he had to get the room next to yours. You avoided him for the night, finishing up your work as soon as you could.

When you were finally able to go to bed, you felt relived, Until you hear a knock at the door. You open the door and someone instantly starts to speak—

"Hey, uhm- do you want to watch a movie?" Spencer smiles awkwardly and it's obvious that he's desperate to spend time with you. It's honestly sweet.
